This Service Agreement includes all Insight Services like oil testing, vibration analysis, evaporator and condenser tube health checkup etc. SWAS shall keep and maintain record of chillers’ parameters for next 5 years. Chillers shall be kept in working condition for maximum period and reduce downtime. This contract consists of all compressors, all parts and consumables. Plant room operation is a part of contract. Customer has a great peace of mind with this contract with pre-fixed charges during contract period.
